Responsibilities
- Configure complex business workflow rules, Flow and Process builder
- Create validation rules to implement business logic.
- Work with REST, SOAP API Web services for integrating with third-party tools.
- Deploy multiple releases of Configuration, Customization, and Development from Sandbox to Production org
- Perform large data manipulation using SOQL & SOSL within Governor Limits
- Develop various lightning components(Aura and LWC) to provide a user intuitive experience on the salesforce lightning interface.
- Developed Custom VF pages and Apex Classes and have also written various VisualForce Email Templates.
- Create Email-to-Case and worked on Assignment rules to assign these cases to the appropriate Queue.
- Develop and configure various custom reports & dashboards for different users based on organizational needs.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers to enforce constraints in accordance with the business rules on the custom objects.
- Develop various Custom Objects, Tabs, Validation rules, Components, and VisualForce Pages and Controllers
Requirements
- 3+ years’ working experience in Salesforce development
- Good understanding Governor Limits of Salesforce.com.
- Worked with web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets)
- Good knowledge of Prompt Templates and the Agentforce feature in Salesforce.
- Knows Version Control: Git, GitHub
- CI/CD & Deployment: Experience with Salesforce, Copado, or Gearset
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud
